The inspiration for FLOTE™ was originally a desire by designer Dave Cutler to find a cool hands-free solution to hold his iPad. So began the development of FLOTE. After several months of prototype development, Dave created a video and posted his idea for FLOTE at Kickstarter.com, an innovative crowdsourcing website for people who wish to launch their dreams.
