Shipping
We ship using the most reliable and economical methods including UPS and U.S. Postal Service. For domestic deliveries within the U.S., shipping and handling via UPS is $45. For international orders, shipping via U.S. Postal Service is $110 and takes 6-10 business days. Prices subject to change.
Sales Tax
6.35% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Connecticut address.
Return Policies
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for unused, unopened products, or up to 15 days for used products that you are not satisfied with. For the latter, products must be returned in ‘new condition’ with original packaging. Returns In order to initiate a return, simply email us for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the returned product is carefully packaged and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost product coming back to our warehouse.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty of all products from any malfunctioning or defective part, or product failure not resulting from abuse or acts of nature such as fire or hurricanes, etc. We will do everything possible to either replace a malfunctioning or defective part or replace the product entire. While we will happily pay for shipping of new parts or products to you, we ask that you please pay for shipping of defective or malfunctioning parts to our company.
